Condition of Merchandise

We sell only new, factory-sealed items. Occasionally we may offer opened or bad-box items at reduced prices, but you will always be informed if the item you are interested in is not new.

Product Warranties

All warranties, stated or implied, are held with the product manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details.

Security

Our site uses secured socket layer encryption, the strongest online security technology that is available today. It is estimated by RSA Labs that it would take a trillion-trillion years to crack this encryption algorithm. Rest assured that using your credit card online with us is as safe or safer than using it at your favorite restaurant or over the phone.

Returns

If you need to return your order give us a call or send us an e-mail with the product information, date of purchase, and the reason you are returning it and we'll make arrangements to issue you a store credit or refund. You must meet certain requirements to return a product.

1)Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

2)On most new equipment(unless otherwise noted), items may be returned for a refund (minus freight charges) within 10 DAYS of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight pre-paid and AS NEW.

3)No merchandise SHIPPED AS ORDERED may be returned without authorization and there is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. We reserve the right to not accept a return of a used item.

4)Ammunition cannot be returned at all, as we have no control over how it has been stored or handled.

5)Returning firearms: Once a firearm or air gun is fired it is a used gun. Any problems with "accuracy" or "satisfaction" are between you and the manufacturer. Please research your purchases. We do not accept returns for used or fired guns as we do not sell used or fired guns on this site. We have this policy because we do not want customers to buy guns to "try them out" and return them. Obviously if we allowed people to return fired guns there would be nothing to stop people from buying numerous guns just to try them out. We are not a "rent a gun" or "loan a gun" store. Furthermore we cannot accepted returned fired guns as we would have no control over safety, as the person returning it could have done something to the gun to make it unsafe without our knowledge.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival do not accept the shipment. If after you open your shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please e-mail within 5 days of receipt of package for a Return Authorization Number.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items

If we don't have an item in-stock you won't be able to put it into your Shopping Cart, so you can't order anything that we can't ship to you - we don't back-order anything! Because our inventory information is updated daily there is a small chance that you might order an item for which stock has been depleted. If this happens you will be informed via email. Your credit card will not be charged unless the item ships.

Tracking your Shipment

If you place an order online and your product is in stock, and provided there were no problems in verifying and processing your credit card information, you will receive your UPS Tracking Number via e-mail within 2-5 days of placing your order. If you place your order late in the day (EST) on a Friday, on a Saturday or Sunday, this may take a little longer, but we send out tracking numbers for every order that ships. You can also call us to get updated information regarding your order.
